01 · Service

Security that understands what it's watching.

We design, install, and operate surveillance and access systems that actually catch incidents — not just record them. Every camera, reader, and sensor feeds into a unified analytics layer with anomaly detection and role-based access.

AI Security Systems

Service promise

One camera that understands people beats ten that just blink red.

The problem

Most security systems generate noise, not insight.

A typical 50-camera deployment logs 10,000+ motion events a day. The average security team can review maybe 30. Traditional installers hand you the cameras and a DVR and consider the job done — which is why you keep hearing about losses that "should have been caught." We build the other kind.

Capabilities

End-to-end surveillance and access, with AI baked in.

  • AI-ready camera selection

We spec cameras that support on-device analytics (Axis, Avigilon, Hikvision, Hanwha) matched to your actual scenarios — forklift traffic, customer queue, perimeter intrusion — not a one-size-fits-all bundle.

  • Unified access control

Mobile-credential, biometric, or card-based access that integrates with cameras, HR directories, and time-and-attendance — so "badge-in without a matching face" becomes an alert, not a loose end.

  • Video analytics layer

Loitering, tailgating, PPE compliance, license-plate, queue-length — configured per-camera, tuned per-site, reviewed quarterly.

  • Insurance-grade documentation

Camera positions, coverage maps, and retention policies delivered as a bundle your broker, auditor, and legal team can use directly.

How we run it

A three-step install that won't stall your operations.

  1. Step 01

    Site walk + coverage map

We map every sightline, blind spot, and code requirement. You get a proposed camera map before a single hole gets drilled.

  2. Step 02

    Phased deployment

New-construction or occupied site — we work in phases so you never lose coverage for more than an hour. Every camera is commissioned before the next one is cut over.

  3. Step 03

    AI tuning + handover

Analytics are tuned against two weeks of actual footage before we hand over. You get a "this is what 'normal' looks like" baseline, not factory defaults.

What we bring

What changes in the first 12 months.

Clients see meaningful shrink reduction in year one, claim response times that drop from hours to minutes, and 'camera down' tickets that close before anyone on-site notices.

Frequently asked

Common questions about this service.

Do I need to replace all my existing cameras to get AI analytics?
Not necessarily. Many modern cameras from Axis, Avigilon, and Hanwha support on-device analytics without replacement. During our site walk, we assess which cameras can be upgraded via firmware and which need replacing — you get a camera-by-camera recommendation before any work begins.
How long does a typical commercial security install take?
A 20-50 camera deployment with access control typically takes 2-4 weeks from signed scope to handover. We phase the work so you never lose coverage for more than an hour at any single position.
What happens when the AI flags a false positive?
We tune analytics against two weeks of your actual footage before handover, which eliminates the majority of false alerts. After go-live, our quarterly reviews catch drift — and if you opt into Cortex Operate (in development), the system self-tunes based on operator feedback.
