The low-voltage partner your GC actually wants.

GCs hire us because we show up to OAC meetings prepared, hit conduit rough-in deadlines, coordinate with the electrician instead of complaining about them, and never let low-voltage be the reason the CofO slips.

Challenges

Ground-up work is unforgiving to the unprepared.

RFIs take three days when you need them in three hours. Rough-in is before drywall — there's no second chance. Permit stamps, inspector walks, and final punch all land with zero slack in the schedule.

  • 01

    Rough-in coordination

Conduit, backboxes, rough mounts — we hit them when the electrician and framer need us to, not a week later.

  • 02

    RFI + submittal tempo

Same-day RFI turnaround, clean submittals, stamped drawings when AHJ asks. The GC never has to chase us.

  • 03

    Punch and closeout

We walk the punch list. We close our punch. We hand the evidence over so the GC can close theirs.

  • 04

    Owner training

Building operator training at CofO, recorded, and stored in Cortex — so when the owner replaces their facilities lead in two years, nothing is lost.

Solution

A sub you can trust on a critical path.

We act like a trade, not a boutique. Same superintendent in weekly OAC meetings. Foreman named in the contract. Shared project reporting the GC can actually follow (a self-serve Cortex portal ships across 2026).

  • Pre-con

    Design assist + BIM coordination

Revit-ready layouts, conduit sizing, and clash detection before shovels hit dirt.

  • Build

    Rough-in to final

Low-voltage, network, fire-life-safety, AV — phased with the GC's schedule, staffed appropriately, tracked and reported out to the GC (Cortex portal in development).

  • Closeout

    CofO-ready evidence

Building operator training at CofO, recorded and delivered as part of the closeout bundle — so when the owner replaces their facilities lead in two years, nothing is lost. Self-serve access lands with the Cortex portal, shipping across 2026.

What we bring

Built to be the sub a GC calls back.

We act like a trade on a critical path: rough-in dates the GC can build a schedule around, same-day RFI turnaround, a punch list we close ourselves, and an operator handover documented so it survives a facilities-staff change.
