The first AI-native contractor licensed in California.
ANI Networks is the AI-native operating brand of DNI Networks, Inc. — a California licensed contractor based in Newport Beach since 2020. After five years of running structured cabling, network, and managed-services work as DNI, we relaunched our AI-native practice as ANI in 2026 to answer one question: what would a contracting company look like if it was built, from day one, to treat software as a first-class deliverable? Every project we run is the proof.

How we got here. What we believe.
The story behind the company plus the four engineering principles that shape every install — both threads of our identity, in one place.
The three licenses we hold.
CSLB B (General Building), C-10 (Electrical — which covers the low-voltage scope a C-7 would handle), and C-20 (HVAC) — what each covers, why we pulled them in-house, and why a single-license contractor is a liability risk for your project.
Five principles we write into every SOW.
These aren't slogans — they're decision heuristics. When an engineer has to pick between two options on a live job, these are the tie-breakers.
01
Intelligence first
Every system we install has to be observable, diagnosable, and improvable. Dumb infrastructure is a deprecation plan.
02
Licensed, not lucky
We pull every permit, carry every insurance, and pass every inspection. Shortcuts compound.
03
Designed for 10 years
If it won't still be useful after a firmware EOL, a tenant change, or a CEO turnover, we don't install it.
04
Radical transparency
Every line item, every hour, every decision is visible in our project portal. No hidden markups. No "trust us."
05
One throat to choke
When something breaks, there's one number to call and one PM accountable. We don't point at vendors.
Licensed. Bonded. Insured. Audited annually.
Three active CSLB licenses held by the company (not borrowed from a subcontractor). Standard contractor coverages — General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers' Compensation — maintained at industry-appropriate limits. Certificates of insurance available to qualified buyers on request.
- CSLB BGeneral Building Contractor
- CSLB C-10Electrical (covers low-voltage)
- CSLB C-20HVAC (Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating & A/C)
Let's build infrastructure that thinks.
Bring us a site walk, a floor plan, or a problem you're tired of re-explaining to three different vendors. We'll return a scoped, quoted, AI-native plan — usually within a week.
